I first entered the world of real estate in the late 80’s while living in Massachusetts. Although I had my real estate license back then, I focused more “behind the scenes” by building a title abstracting business.

That was the first of a number of successful businesses I have built over the years. I’ve had a marketing business, a greeting card business, and I even built a hugely successful dog training / kenneling business.

The truth is, I have never had a J.O.B. I understand a great deal about marketing, hard work, networking, and believe that building relationships is the foundation of success.

After a particularly cold, snowy winter I relocated to beautiful Sarasota in 2012 and have not once looked back.

Those of us who live here, even part time, are truly grateful to call this beautiful area home. In fact, residents of the Sarasota – Bradenton area were recently ranked as having the highest well-being in the US by Gallup.

Most of us here don’t need a poll to convince us how beautiful beaches, culture, friendly people and true DreamLiving contributes to our well-being.

As a real estate investor myself along with my entrepreneurial spirit and creative marketing I am thrilled to be helping both buyers and sellers navigate the exciting Florida Real Estate market.
